Get Started as an Amazon Pay Merchant

Online Merchant

To become an online merchant, there are several options:

Direct

  1. Register as a merchant on Amazon Pay. You'll need the following documents:

    • GST Certificate

    • Cancelled Cheque/Bank Letter containing the bank account details, IFSC Code

  2. Discuss commercials with the Amazon Pay team by reaching out to amazonpay-in-sales-query@amazon.com.

  3. Complete your KYC by sharing these documents with your POC at Amazon Pay. If you have no Amazon Pay PoC, reach out to amazonpay-in-sales-query@amazon.com.

  4. Choose your mode of integration using Amazon Pay SDK and APIs:

Juspay

If your payment page is supported by Juspay, you can integrate Amazon Pay through Juspay:

  1. If you use Juspay’s Payments page (PP), then refer to these documents:

  2. If you use Juspay’s Express checkout (EC), then refer to these documents:

Reach out to your Juspay POC and add lpa-integration@amazon.com before starting the integration.
