Refund Using Seller Central

Refunding a transaction using Seller Central involves the following steps:

  1. Login to Seller Central and access your Seller Central account.

  2. From the left menu, select Orders > Manage Transactions.

  3. Identify the desired transaction (successful or failed) and click Refund.

  4. A prompt will appear; click Review and proceed to initiate the refund by selecting Refund after review acceptance.

  5. After confirming the refund request, a prompt will indicate its acceptance.
