Merchants can conduct refunds through three methods:

1. Refund using API: Merchants need to integrate refund APIs for this process.

2. Refund using Seller Central: Conduct refunds through the Seller Central platform.

3. Refund using Merchant Dashboard: Utilize the Merchant Dashboard for refund processing.
